Mick and Angie welcome you to our On-line Brochure for The Linroy Guest House - Skegness. We are situated in a wide tree lined avenue close to St. Matthews Church. We are just a 5 minute walk to both the town centre and the sea front and 10 minutes walk from the coach and railway stations.

Most rooms have ensuite facilities.
We have a fully licensed Lounge Bar (new for 2008)
Our delightful dining room has individual tables.
The atmosphere is informal and families with children are very welcome.
Optional three Course Evening Meals are available with a good choice of menu
Our Bedrooms all have character, are colour co-ordinated and include colour televisions, beverage making facilities, nice fluffy towels, hair dryers and toiletries in all rooms.
All Bedrooms are Non Smoking, smoking is allowed outside on the front patio.
During the summer months you can sit and relax with a drink on our patio which is bursting with an array of beautiful flowers. Our garden has won awards in the Skegness in Bloom competition in 2006 & 2007
