From Boston (A52)

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. At roundabout (St. Matthew's Church) turn right (3rd exit). Linroy Guesthouse is on the left side immediately after roundabout.

From Lincoln (A158)

Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left into Scarbrough Avenue. At roundabout (St. Matthew's Church) turn right (3rd exit). Linroy Guesthouse is on the left side immediately after roundabout.
