Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground.
In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left into Scarbrough Avenue. At roundabout (St. Matthew's Church) turn right (3rd exit).
Linroy Guesthouse is on the left side immediately after roundabout.
From Boston (A52)
Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52).
Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. At roundabout (St. Matthew's Church) turn right (3rd exit).
Cross Richmond Drive and turn left
Take the third turning on the right into Algitha Road after passing High Street and Lumley Road.
Proceed to the cross roads and turn left.
Linroy Guest house in on the right side after several hundred yards.
