Welcome to our On-line Brochure for The Linroy Guest House - Skegness. We are situated in a wide tree lined avenue close to St. Matthews Church. We are just a 5 minute walk to both the town centre and the sea front attractions including the venues of The Pier, Embassy Theatre, Grand Central and The Grosvenor and 10 minutes walk from the coach and railway stations.
Our accommodation comprises:
2 Single Rooms
3 Family rooms / Twin Rooms (Double plus single)
2 Double Rooms
All rooms have ensuite or Private facilities.
Our delightful dining room has individual tables.
The atmosphere is informal, we do not have facilities for very small children but children over the age of 7 are most welcome.
Small dogs are allowed in some of our rooms by prior arrangement
Our Bedrooms all have character, are colour co-ordinated and include freeview televisions, beverage making facilities, towels, hair dryers and toiletries in all rooms.
All Bedrooms are Non Smoking, smoking is allowed outside on the front patio.
Whilst we do not now have a bar, you are most welome to bring your own wine etc and sit in our guest lounge or during the summer months you can sit and relax with a drink on our patio which is bursting with an array of beautiful flowers. Our garden has won awards in the Skegness in Bloom competition in 2006, 2007, 2008 &2009
